Mr. Rakesh Taneja is the second-generation lawyer and With over two decades of extensive experience in Litigation he has been handling legal briefs for several private citizens and businesses from across the globe before legal institutions in and around New Delhi. 

He has handled several high profile and challenging litigation before the High Court of Delhi and the District Courts in the areas of Family Law, Tendering, Company Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Consumer, Customs, Civil, Criminal, Property, Matrimonial, Child Custody, Succession and Environment. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi besides National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Green Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Armed Forces Tribunal, Mediation Proceedings, Enforcement Directorate etc. He also regularly advises and represents International and local clients on various aspects of Law.

Poonam Ankleshwaria enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in the year 2006, has vast experience in handling criminal matters independently. 

She practices before the Bombay High Court, Sessions Court and various Metropolitan Magistrates Court across the city of Mumbai. She has handled various criminal litigations includingWrit Petitions, Revision Applications, Anticipatory Bail Applications,Bail Applications and has excelled in conducting criminal trials. 

Apart from the defence work, she also has vast experience of Prosecution Work as she has assisted her Senior in several sensitive matters including the Telgi Stamp Scam Case, the 7/11 Serial Bomb Blasts Case, the Malegaon Bomb Blast Case and several cases under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crimes Act and the Unlawful (Activities) Prevention Act. She has also represented victims of crime as an Independent Counsel appointed by the victim/victim’s family in several cases of Domestic Violence, Dowry Harassment and Rape etc.She has been sought for her exceptional service oriented and ethical approach.
